ReefDiary Enterprise
Reef Shop Management Software
Reef shop management software has to cover the sales floor and the systems in the back, not only a personal tank log. ReefDiary Enterprise is built for aquarium retailers, coral farms, and maintenance companies that need staff, inventory, customer tanks, bookings, and a storefront together.

What a reef shop actually has to run
A local fish store is livestock, dry goods, service visits, and a website that has to match the tanks. Generic retail software knows SKUs. It does not know a frag batch, a customer’s display tank, or a technician’s route.
ReefDiary Enterprise adds that layer on top of the same parameter and livestock tools hobbyists use. Shops get staff and multi-location management, customer tank portals, service bookings, and a branded storefront. The personal Starter and Serious Reefer plans are not this product.
How it sits next to hobbyist reef apps
Public pages for Reef Trak, Aquarimate, NextUpReef, and ReefBay, checked in July 2026, describe personal reef tracking. They do not describe staff, shop inventory, or customer-tank service tools. ReefDiary’s shop tools live on the Enterprise plan, with prices loaded from Admin pricing on the enterprise page.
Commerce add-ons cover the storefront plugin separately from the Enterprise subscription. Start on the enterprise page to see the current catalog instead of a hardcoded price.
Common questions
Is reef shop management software the same as a reef tank app?
No. A reef tank app logs a hobbyist system. Reef shop management software also covers staff, inventory, customer tanks, bookings, and selling. ReefDiary puts the shop tools on Enterprise.
