Which systems connect
Shop integrations support Vend, Square, Shopify, and Lightspeed, plus accounting connections such as Xero. Square is set up as a point-of-sale link for in-store sales, products, inventory, and receipts. Shopify import can bring catalog data into the shop. The provider list on the shop integrations screen is Vend, Xero, Square, Shopify, and Lightspeed.
Credentials stay on the shop integration record. A successful test is per provider. Connecting a register does not, by itself, publish every livestock item to the web.
What to expect
POS integration is an Enterprise shop feature. It sits next to the storefront, fulfillment, and the inventory import tools. Hobbyist plans do not include Vend, Square, Shopify, or Lightspeed connections.
If a provider’s API changes, the integration has to be rechecked. This page names the providers ReefDiary already models. It is not a claim that every Lightspeed or Vend account layout is identical.
