ReefDiary Enterprise
LFS Inventory Management Software
LFS inventory management software has to count corals and fish as carefully as salt and test kits. ReefDiary Enterprise tracks shop inventory, imports stock from PDF, CSV, and Excel, and can publish sale-ready items to the storefront.

Livestock is not a normal SKU
A bag of salt can sit on a shelf. A colony cannot. Local fish stores need quantities, suppliers, and a way to take an item off the site when it sells out of the tank. ReefDiary’s shop inventory is built for that mix: dry goods plus livestock and coral.
AI inventory import turns a supplier PDF, CSV, or Excel file into stock rows so the first count is not a weekend of typing. Staff then correct the rows. The import is a starting point, not an unsupervised posting to the website.
From the back room to the site
Enterprise storefronts use the same catalog. When a frag is sale-ready it can be published; when it is gone it should leave the collection. Multi-location groups can run expansion stores under the shop plan limits shown on the enterprise page.
This is separate from a hobbyist expense log. A home tank budget tracks what you spent. LFS inventory tracks what you can still sell.
