Coral Farm Inventory Software

Coral farm inventory software should follow a colony from the supplier, through a grow-out batch, to a frag you can actually sell. ReefDiary Enterprise tracks propagation batches, suppliers, and sale-ready frags, then publishes them to the storefront.

A farm inventory is a pipeline

Farms do not have a single “coral” count. They have mother colonies, cuts that are not ready, and frags that are. ReefDiary’s propagation tools record batches and suppliers so incoming shipments and grow-out stay attached to the stock you will list.

When a batch is sale-ready, the storefront can take it. Wholesale catalogs are part of the same Enterprise shop tools, for farms that sell to other stores rather than only to hobbyists at the door.

What this page will not pretend

Inventory software does not grow the coral. It records where each batch is and whether it is listed. Parameter logging for the farm’s own systems uses the same ReefDiary tank tools, so a system crash and a stock count are not in different products.

Prices for Enterprise and the shop commerce add-on are on the enterprise page, from Admin pricing.

Common questions

Can a coral farm track batches separately from retail SKUs?

Yes. Propagation batches and suppliers are tracked, and sale-ready frags can be published to the storefront.

Does this include wholesale?

Enterprise shop tools include wholesale catalogs for businesses selling to other stores.

Can the farm log water parameters too?

Yes. Farm systems use ReefDiary’s parameter tracking alongside the inventory tools.
